The Media Educators Conference brings educators from across the Inland Empire together for an immersive day that provides invaluable information on how teachers, professors, and counselors can connect the classroom with the media arts industries in the Inland Empire. For 13 years the Institute of Media Arts has collaborated with industry professionals, creators, and top executives to keep educators on the cutting edge of the media arts industries so they can provide their students, the next generation of media arts leaders, with a state-of-the-art education. The Event Agenda: 8:30am to 10am - Check In and Continental Breakfast 10am - Presentation on the Growing Economics of Media Arts by CVL Economics 11:15AM - Every space needs Creatives - This panel of university professionals will discuss how media arts majors can go into a wide range of majors and professions including business, STEM, and arts. 12pm to 1:15pm - Lunch Provided by the San Bernardino Valley College Culinary Department 1:30pm to 2:30pm - Employer Panel - Hire a creative 2:30pm to 3pm - Networking 3pm to 4pm - SBVC Creatives Alumni Panel
