Back by popular demand, PCLG is offering a WRAP - Wellness Recovery Action Plan workshop. This two-day training for parents and caregivers of young people with mental health challenges includes peer support in a safe environment. Participants will gain tools to focus on their own wellness, identify coping strategies, and learn about helpful resources, and will return home with a toolkit that will help during tough moments. The best part may be what we learn from each other! This two-day workshop (Saturday Jan 7 & Jan 14, 2023) is FREE for Hennepin County parents and caregivers of children or youth with a mental health concern.
