This class will focus on the basics of cheese making and provide a hands-on opportunity to make two different types of cheese.
Space is limited to 12 people. Advance registration is required. Ticket sales end on January 6, 2023, at 5 pm. Checks are also accepted and must be received by January 6, 2022, by 5 pm.
