Alongside other members of Coatesville area and the greater Chester County community members, the group established themselves as a staple in the Coatesville community by providing access to healthcare programs and initiatives within the city. LEAP's Mission: To improve access to healthcare services and information to the Coatesville region. We will encourage and empower individuals to seek education and progams to improve their quality of life.
