Found - Keys & Black Purse, possibly lost/stolen from Krampus Parade

I found some keys and a purse with makeup inside behind my trash barrels Sunday morning. I thought it might be a friend's, but no one claimed it. There's a blue fleur de lis key, bike lock keys, and a car key.
