We are a small business in Apex looking for someone to work Approximately 12 Hours a week. We need the property Mowed, Weedeated, and cleared of trash and debris once a week. We also need all of our outdoor garbage cans emptied twice a week. In addition to those weekly tasks, we will intermittently have Handyman (Handyperson?) tasks that will need to be completed. These tasks can range anywhere from basic repairs to occasional mechanic helper, and everything in between. We're looking for a local individual who is close enough to pop in and get this done expeditiously with ease. The hours are pretty flexible, however regular attendance and punctuality are absolutely imperative. Perfect side job for a retired Jack of All Trades, or even for a young student looking to make extra cash and learn a little bit of basic trade skills.
