Looking for Mechanic to help me to remove broken bolts

I have 5 bolts broken in aluminum housing of 22 years old boat engine used in a salt water. My goal was to replace broken suspension rubber showed on the picture; removing covers 5 bolts broke. Need someone to help me at least to remove 5 broken bolts shown on the picture, or help me to finish this project. I am in NMB close to Cherry Grove.
