Premier Custom Home Builder searching for a Construction Manager's Assistant. Full Time M-F Benefits incl. Health Ins, 401K & Paid Vacation available after probation period Tool Provided Willing to train the right person Position Requirements • Due to projects, must be professional and work well with others. • Must be punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic. • Ready to help other skilled operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary. • Includes general labor to maintain & secure job site materials & cleaning obstacles and hazards. • Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely, including working in a safe manner. • Help construction manager complete daily tasks. • Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding. • Secure job site at the end of each day. • Must be 18 years of age. • Have a valid driver’s license, and good driving record. • Own a cell phone • Pass a background check and initial drug test • Resume helpful but not required
