You can work the day or afternoon/evening shift. Choose which works best! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD PROCESSOR / PRODUCTION LINE ASSOCIATE Food manufacturing is not what it used to be! As a Food Processor / Production Line Associate, you work in our bright, clean meat processing factory. You observe the product each day to make sure that all production requirements are met. You also sometimes pre-price the product. Carefully, you learn new knife skills and learn about different cuts of meat. You get skilled in recognizing quality cuts and understanding what makes a good cut. You always follow safety procedures. It makes you feel good to be an essential worker helping to provide food to the world!
