All County Heartland is hiring a Maintenance Worker for rental properties in the OKC metro. Requirements: -Reliable Truck and tools for the job -Smartphone -Proven General Maintenance Experience -Strong work ethic -Attention to detail and general passion for resolving issues -Professional communication skills and friendly attitude -Basic working knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical -Painting, and drywall experience a plus Duties We have Single Family and Multi Units from Edmond to Norman. The job will include troubleshooting and performing minor repairs in homes such as lite electrical, plumbing and carpentry. Yard upkeep including mowing, edging, and trimming landscape will also be required from time to time. Trash and debris removal and disposal. Communicating with property managers, tenants, team members and other vendors will be required.
