Warning: These people are scumlords. John from Casa Larga still owns Terrace Villas. He changed the name on September to Terrace Villas Real Estate LLC and the company is out of his home in Emerald City in Fairport. Cost of switching names zero dollars. They hired Jettison Properties to oversee Terrace Villas. They are kicking everyone out because they are raising the rent 50 percent. Rent is going from 935 to 1400. No notice except 60 days. We have no where to go and can't afford to stay here. There are waiting lists everywhere to find a new place. These people are notorious for doing this. They did it to another complex and people were forced to leave. John from Casa Larga is a cheat. He doesn't care about anything but money. If anyone has any idea as to what we can do please respond. I am 85 years old and have no where to go. Please help us. Thank you so much.
