Hello, I'm looking for a female walking buddy in the Gaithersburg area. I need to walk approximately 21/2 hours a week but sometimes have trouble with my knees, which may require a steady hand. I want to walk about 30-45 minutes several days a week and would appreciate some helpful company, preferably 40-50 years old and able to hold a conversation, and an arm if necessary.
