Pole setting and leveling

I need 2 people for today to help level and bury 20ft figerglass composite poles that are already in the ground.. Basically I need someone to move fast and dig out the unlevel poles that are in the ground. You only have to go 3 ft down to get the pole to move so you can level it and bury it again.. Main Key is to tamp the hell out of it so that it is secure. We are on a new construction site so come with safty vest, pants but you can were tennis shoes because there is a lot of walking.. Need gloves(i have some, if you dont). **** Come with your professional face on and some FIRE UNDER YOUR ASS... I need to level 40 Poles today. I have 1 other person right now.. Pay is $15 an hr. paid today... I will be working late so you could posibly get in 8 ton 10 hrs today if you wanted.
