Handyman needed for repairs/installation

Title: Part Time Handyman Wanted ASAP We are a local short term rental real estate company operating in Columbia and are looking for a part time handyman that can assist us in managing our various properties around the city. The hours to start will be very part time, but are set to increase over the coming months as we expand our portfolio. You can work day or night at your convenience and will be mostly taking care of minor repairs at various properties around town. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Small patch & paint repairs Hanging shelves, pictures, etc. Setting up furniture that may require assembly (i.e. Ikea furniture) Possible heavy lifting as properties may need furniture moved for staging Changing furnace filters on a quarterly basis and checking smoke detectors Setting up Smart TVs along with internet routers/WIFI Install electronic door knobs and locks Essentially, we are looking for a jack of all trades that can help to keep our properties in tip top condition. Must have your own transportation and tools available. Ability to communicate status of jobs/work is paramount and documentation of work done via photos/text is required!
