Property repairs downtown (Wheeling) Amazing how the Wheeling Mayor finagles the law to improve his personal invested real estate and home a few blocks away from 1400 block renovations. Same with the other lawyer on City Council. Is Mayors' last shot at it in office. The damage control tactics are stunning. Kicked homeless out, took their property (all they had). Then have a homeless give away event. What a frikin j o k e. Spending $$$$$ way too much, damage control: fixing baseball fields. Dah... Their kids will be using these fields. Sick a it.
