Driver / Office Cleaning Professional (Night shift) Monday - Friday 4pm - 11pm Saturdays 12pm - 6pm. Must be willing to work at-least 3 Saturdays a month 2 Saturday minimum 25 to 30 hours a week. Office Cleaning Professional Responsibilities: * Drive company Vehicle to each location and be a responsible key holder. * Must be comfortable arming and Disarming alarms and securing buildings after done cleaning location. * Regularly inspecting your work to ensure that established standards are met. * Taking inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and informing management when supplies are depleted. * Providing training and guidance to janitorial co workers. * Attending meetings and in-service training sessions as required. * Performing all janitorial duties necessary in instances of staff shortages. Office Cleaning Professional Requirements: * High school diploma or GED is preferred. * Proven experience working as a Office Cleaning Professional.. * Working knowledge of various cleaning methods. * The ability to lift light equipment. * The ability to stand for extended periods of time. * Excellent organizational skills. * Effective communication skills. * Exceptional customer service skills.
