Qualified, preferred candidate will have dependable transportation, possess a smart phone and some basic tools. Paid training provided along with tools and supplies to complete work orders. Candidate will receive travel compensation in addition to their hourly rate if they are using their own vehicle. Basic carpentry knowledge, good reading skills, smart phone and transportation. Hourly pay to be negotiated based on knowledge, tools and experience. Must be able to follow directions precisely and take before, during and after photos of all work completed. Property Preservation experience helpful. This is a full-time hourly position not a subcontractor position.
