***IF INTERESTED PLEASE TEXT ME TO SET UP AN INTERVIEW AT 571-450-2131 JOB DESCRIPTION: - Walk, bike, or drive around neighborhoods to approach homeowner by knocking/ ringing door bell - Provide homeowner with information about their roof and how you can see damage from street ( almost every homeowner has damage; they just don't realize because it is on their roof) - Provide homeowner information about our company - Provide all benefits of getting a new roof with us through their homeowners' insurance - Provide homeowner with our informational marketing material - This is a sales role and our concept is pretty straightforward so if you enjoy sales this is for you JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Must be willing to knock on door and speak with homeowner - Must have some selling experience - Must be okay with walking around for a couples hours - Must be friendly and approachable - Must be honest and trustworthy as there is a lot of independence in this role - Must be located in DMV preferably in VA or have transportation to Arlington VA as our office is located in Arlington VA. This is where we will meet to give you business cards, shirts, marketing material, information etc. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Have done door to door sales before - Top sales performer - Has experience with roofing sales - Has experience with insurance roof claims The objective of the role is to sell the homeowner on a new roof using our services to help them through the process by signing our agreement and moving forward with us; basically " closing the sale". Any door you knock, homeowner you speak with, or marketing material you leave with a homeowner, and they move forward with us, we pay $200 extra to you for that. You will have access to our online database to keep track of all homeowners and able to input them and claim them so if they continue the process you will be paid additionally. PAY: We pay $10 per hour for the door knocking. This includes approaching the homeowner if they answer the door or leaving your business card/ marketing material on the door etc. We then pay an additional $200 per home if they decide to move forward with us. Typically in these roles there is no hourly pay but we have decided to incorporate this as a way to compensate for your time. TRAINING: We do offer some training and our process is straightforward. ABOUT US: Small local roofing company located in Arlington VA.
