Looking for a reliable House Rehabber/ Handyman for Akron single family rental property company with 100 houses. $42,000 to $52,000/yr starting pay. Guaranteed 40 hours a week all year long. Typical hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday but flexible for the right applicant. Will be doing rehabs on new purchases, rehabs on properties that tenants have moved out of to get ready for the next renter and service calls Must be skilled in areas of home construction and maintenance Must have own tools and a work truck/van Must live in or close to Akron Must be organized and responsive to calls, emails and texts
