You (a good-looking thirty-something(???) guy) made intense eye contact with me (a 40-year-old guy with green eyes) while in line at the Owego DMV on a sunny afternoon back in mid-March of this year. Apparently you were there with your family so I only looked at you quickly a couple times and didn't smile or say anything for fear of causing any trouble for you. You stepped back to let me pass in front of you to the counter. If you see this--just wanted to say you're handsome and I'm glad I have the nice memory of seeing you.
