Large Art Studio with Privat Bathroom and AC in Bushwick! Sublet from 02/01-06/10, 2023 Hi there, I’m a German artist based in NYC. I have been working in the studio for many years and I really like it. The neighborhood in Bushwick is very inspiring, I think it’s one of the most interesting areas for artist in NYC. Galleries, music venues, great coffee shops, restaurants, bars and art supply stores are just around the corner. The studio is on the 2nd floor of an old industrial building with studios for artists, designers, photographers. Size is 485 square feet, it has high ceiling, skylight, private bathroom, separate sink, AC and heating. The studio is furnished with a huge wooden table, shelf and chair. You have 24 hours access. This is NO living, ONLY working space! Jefferson L train stop is a 5 minute walk. I will clean up the space, pack the paintings and all belongings and store them above the bathroom and in one corner of the studio. Rent is $1,450/month including heat (gas) and water, plus electric bill which is usually around $50/month. A one month security deposit is required upfront and will be payed back at the end of the sublease period. A $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. We will draft a simple sublease agreement with a copy of your passport and all necessary information. I’m looking for someone responsible who like to sublet my beautiful studio in Bushwick while I’m abroad. I’m very much looking to meet you and show you the studio.
