If you have more than one kid in this age range, please fill out for each kid (or for yourself if you are in that age category. Pay is $150 for up to 4 hours of your time in the evening. We can take more than one person in the household / friends who want to come together. Pay is $150 (by check at the facility) for up to 4 hours.
