Description
We are looking to hire a sushi chef to prepare traditional Japanese sushi rice and chop, slice, and fillet various kinds of fish.
-Experience in sushi, hibachi, teriyaki, or stir-fry cooking, and general experience in restaurant cooking preferred.
-Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
-Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
