Install GE Garbage Disposal

The guy working on it before wasn't familiar with these. He gave it a try, but couldn't figure it out. I spoke to the plumber who sold it to me and he said he can install one of these in 10-15 minutes, but I don't want to pay licensed Plumber rates (and a minimum of 1 hour + drive time). On the upside, the old garbage disposal unit is already removed, so that's half the work. See attached photos. MUST be very familiar with installing garbage disposals, and MUST show up for the job and do the work when you say you will do it. Follow on work with other things possible if this small job is done well- I'm renovating the house. This job pays $40. Other projects that may follow this (tile floor, re-attach cabinet doors, install doorbell, seel & paint garage floor, etc) can be negotiated.
