General Handyman with long extension ladder

I am looking for a handyman that can do two things: 1. Install an antenna on our roof. This is a 3 story house, so you would need a 35-40ft ladder to get up there. I have the antenna but not the ladder. 2. Repair rips in a few Lanai screens on the top. I have a few sections (3, plus 2 more on the sides) that need replacing. The Lanai is also a 3 story, so you would need at least a 25-30ft ladder to get there.
