In the "spirit" of Charles Dickens: Join us this weekend and enter the gates of one of Plattsburgh's most magnificent 19th century mansions - the Hartwell House! This guided tour of the property will reveal the home's spectacular original interiors decorated for the holidays, and haunting tales of former inhabitants who may still roam its darkened corridors. Guests will also hear stories of Christmas traditions and folklore with connections to Plattsburgh, plus, a visit to the mansion's tower! Not to be missed!! *Group size is limited to just 25 people, so be sure to get your tickets early! *Each tour will last roughly one hour and includes climbing / descending FOUR flights of stairs.
