Looking for a reliable offsite part time superintendent for a small apartment building. The super will be responsible for general maintenance of the property which includes but may not be limited to: garbage/recycle, sweeping, mopping and cleaning of the common areas, raking of leaves, salting and snow removal. This position is ideal for someone living close by 12th Street and New York Ave in Union City. Pay is negotiable.
