R E T U R N to L I G H T ⁣⁣❄️ Let yourself be deeply nourished during as we welcome back the light this Winter Solstice.⁣⁣ On the eve of the longest night of the year, we will recalibrate and allow ourselves to dive deeper into the rhythm and stillness that this time of year beckons. This is the perfect antidote to all the do-ing & go-ing that this season inevitably brings to our lives. ❄️ Details : Our solstice flow will combine a lunar yoga practice, restoration postures, meditation, journaling prompts, community time and a little magic during savasana 💫⁣⁣ ❄️For the optimal experience, gather these things the day before or early in your day so you feel grounded as you make your journey to our circle. This will help you initiate your intention for the healing we will receive together.⁣⁣ -journal & pen ⁣⁣ -yoga mat, blanket, pillow, warm socks⁣⁣ -an offering for our altar (could be a piece of nature or crystal) -optional : yoga blocks, eye pillow ❄️ CIRCLE WILL START PROMPTLY AT 6:45- the 6:30 start is to allow time to get settled and greet each other. Marketplace opens at 6:15 so come early!! ❄️ Each participant will go home with a RISE goodie bag. We will also have the RISE marketplace open before and after the circle that will have some incredible self care goodies to help you tap into the winter season. Jackie Pyburn will be returning to offer a beautiful group reiki healing as well as offering her beautiful reiki infused candles for purchase at the marketplace. Julie King will also be bringing her magic and her healing bath bombs, teas and smudge sticks. ❄️ A little about me, Erin Cotton : I am a yoga teacher & art educator and have been teaching yoga for almost twenty years. My studies began with Iyengar, moved to a heated Baptiste Vinyasa style and are most deeply rooted in Prana Vinyasa Flow, a full spectrum style of yoga created by Shiva Rea. I began studying with Shiva in 2006 and have had the honor of assisting her in some of the most incredible places in the world. I began teaching Full Moon Flows on the beaches of Plum Island in the summertime over 7 years ago and they have evolved over time into these fulll spectrum experiences. I will be offering some incredible clean skincare and organic cd samples for you to try at home.
