NOBULL Boston is hosting a community mindfulness and recovery movement session on Thursday, December 8th. We will meet inside Southline Boston at the Innercity Weightlifting gym near the south entrance. Free off-street parking is available. You may also access the event from the JFK/ UMASS stop on the Red Line (0.4 mile walk).
The session will begin at 7:00 AM and light refreshments and coffee will be provided after class. This class is open to athletes of all levels and abilities. There is also a locker room with showers and towels available for you to use after class. Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
