A workout for yourself & a week’s worth of healthy meals for the family, what more could you ask for?! Join Press The Limit Fitness’ Caroline Prestano for a 15 minute HIIT workout followed up with all things nutrition for the family. HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training; one of the most effective ways to burn fat, build endurance and get a solid sweat in. Our nutrition chat will be centered around creating (and executing) a healthy meal plan for your family while avoiding breaking the bank on groceries, having to cook multiple meals to please everyone and feeling like you’re eating the same bland thing over and over again. You will leave on an endorphin high with a toolbox of nutrition tips when it comes to building healthy meals. Together we will create a “recipe book” of healthy family dinner ideas that you can rotate through. Caroline will also be giving you simple and delicious breakfast, lunch and snack ideas to prep for the week that don’t take up tons of your time!
