Calling all Future Olympic Curlers of America!!!!! (that would be y'all)
Come on out and enjoy an evening of Curling! Enjoy 2 hours of instruction and game play with the hottest game on the ice. Space is limited to 40 participants for safety reasons. All required equipment will be provided and available onsite. Curling does utilize the entire body so all participants (especially those with limited movement and or are pregnant) do so at their own risk. Contact us directly for questions or concerns for specific mobility or adaptive equipment. Personal injury waivers are required prior to stepping out onto the ice. What to Wear: dress warm but in layers. Warm socks, flexible, comfortable, closed-toed, flat rubber-soled shoes - tennis shoes work well, (for safety reasons, Absolutely no heels of any kind, flip flops, boots, dress shoes, loafers, converse, uggs or toms), pants that allow for movement (preferably not jeans as they restrict your movement and hold in the wetness from touching knee to ice. Also, shorts of any kind are not recommended as you will be touching knees to ice - you'll see why when we show you the ice after it's prepped), a light weight jacket, gloves and a hat.
