Starting at 6 PM on December 15th, we will be serving a four course menu. Bellow your salad, soup and dessert will be listed and both entree options. As you purchase your tickets you must choose which entree you and your guest would like prepared for you. Each couple will be greeted with a bottle of a dryer red wine which has been chosen to compliment our entree options.
First Course: Winter Beet Salad
Fresh green salad, roasted beets, with a fennel bulb, oranges, walnuts, and topped with a orange balsamic dressing.
Second Course/ Appetizer: Maultaschen
Rich beef soup, with a beef and spinach dumpling, topped with fried onions
Entree Options:
Tender Braised Short ribs served with a creamy polenta, and asparagus
OR
Apple stuffed Pork Loin Roast, served with fondant potatoes, and asparagus
Dessert: Manu's Bread Pudding with a caramel bourbon glaze
Vegetarian option upon request.
