In this pizza-making class, Chef Michael will teach you how to make Artisan Pizza with fresh ingredients. You'll learn to make pizza dough from scratch, stretch and shape it into rounds, and top it with the flavors of Italy. It doesn't get much better than the simple sophistication of this combination. Additional toppings will be available for other pizza combinations. A variety of meats and fresh vegetables will be provided and pizzas will be baked onsite to satisfy your hunger. This class will be held in the brewery so that as many social distancing practices can be met. Facemasks are required to attend but may be removed when it is time to eat.
