We invite you to join Madisonville Hopkins County Economic Development as a vendor for a My Favorite Things Party this Galentine's Day at the Ballard Convention Center in Madisonville, Kentucky. This party with a purpose event will celebrate woman-owned businesses while supporting Kentucky Movers and Makers makerspace. The evening will consist of live music by Mollie Garrigan Robinson, photo opportunities with friends sponsored by Uptown Girls, appetizers, and signature drinks at a cash bar, all while providing a one-of-a kind shopping experience. The My Favorite Things Party (with a purpose!) ties in everything women love for an exclusive night of shopping, beauty, pampering, traveling boutiques, wellness, fitness, health, food, photo booth opportunities, drinks, and more! Elaborate and interactive booths are encouraged. Guests will be voting on "Best Booth".Appetizers for two people (additional may be purchased for extra staff).Custom "Girl Gang" Bella Canvas tee included in every registration (please include sizes when registering. Additional shirts may be purchased at checkout).Promotion of each business on social media and in the press.Additional Details: Please bring extension cords and a power strip if you need access to electricity.DO NOT tape or attach anything to walls or floors, magnets and draping are allowed.The Ballard Convention Center is a "flameless" facility. Open flames are not permitted. We are offering a limited amount of discounted tickets to vendors for you to purchase and give away to customers or friends.Set up begins at 9:00 AM and must be complete by 3:00 PM.Event opens at 4:00 PM and ends at 8:00 PM.Please note: we must cap the number of certain vendors per category so we can keep the event fun and exciting for our guests, therefore not all applications will be accepted.If your application is not accepted, you will be contacted and refunded within 5-7 days.
