Mendocino Cannabis Alliance presents the first Mendocino Coast Health & Wellness Symposium, a new event for the new year taking place January 14, 2023 at Dragonfly Wellness in Fort Bragg on the idyllic coast of beautiful Mendocino County. Get ready for a full day of health, education, and fun! The event will feature a speaker symposium and entertainment as well as showcasing unique traditional medicines and local crafts. Visitors will enjoy education & illumination by experts on many traditional healing modalities: herbs, mushrooms, homeopathic treatments — a full range of holistic healing approaches for the wellbeing of humans and the earth. Cannabis and other psychedelic plant medicines have been used in healing for thousands of years. Learn how to incorporate sacred herbs for body and mind as medication and for meditation. The Lounge is an opportunity for the public to sample Mendocino farm products, meet the producers and learn how health and wellness can be supported and enhanced with fresh, clean food, herbs, mushrooms and legacy, craft cannabis. Direct from the source, our local farmers love discussing their sustainable farming practices and explaining the various environmental benefits of small farms. Then on Sunday come back for a makers market with local crafts and non-cannabis items.
