Girls and boys will enjoy an evening full of active sports fun and team building along with a cheese pizza dinner, supervised in part by local student-athletes and coaches as well as Game On! staff, while parents enjoy a relaxing dinner out. 100% of the proceeds will go to the Highland Park Community Foundation's July 4th Recovery Fund. All participants should come dressed ready to play with sneakers on and bring a filled water bottle. Event Details Date: Saturday, March 11, 2023 Time: 5:30-8:30 p.m. Who’s Invited: Open to girls and boys in K-8th (kids will be split by age based on the number of participants) Location: Highland Park High School (dropoff & pickup at the athletic campus circle) How will the proceeds be dispersed? All proceeds will be dispersed by the Highland Park Community Foundation July 4 Recovery Fund to address continuing needs of victims for mental health and other services resulting from the shooting. Sports founder Barb Lazarus was raised in Highland Park, is a Highland Park High School alum, and was proud to have represented HPHS as a 4-sport athlete whose photo now hangs on the Athletic Wall of Fame.
