I’m looking for part-time Help for general maintenance jobs on my property as needed. For economic reasons, I prefer you Live really close with in 5 miles, so it’s worth your while to come and work. I am located in North Branford Ct Just off route 80 Must have valid Drivers license, transportation Sub-Helper Pay by the day / half day pending skill set. I need an apprentice “Helper Body” energetic and healthy with a great work ethic to do the work that I can can longer do all by myself. FYI, I do not need a professional, nor can I afford one. Please take into consideration, I’m not a business just a disabled retired Guy. I will compensate you fairly with in my means and be a friend and mentor to you as well. Responsibilities will include assisting me with the Routine maintenance and servicing of my property. Carpentry work, Plumbing work, Electrical work, Remodeling, Foundation Mechanical, Land Scaping. If you never done the stuff don’t be afraid this is your chance to learn, Better yourself and make money at the same time. I will in invest my time in you as well. I have over 40 years in multiple trades. Being self employed my whole life, I have a plethora of knowledge & experience to add to your skill set which will increase your future worth as a Craftsman.
