Flow through the classical Hatha Yoga postures with more time in each asana (pose) to focus on the breath, while exploring alignment and muscular engagement. Sequences will range from gentle to challenging and variations will be offered for moderating or intensifying the postures. This is a great class for the beginner to vinyasa yoga, or for the more seasoned yogi looking to deepen their practice.
