Rockstar Team Training Retreats are Built for the Entire Team to attend! Involve your entire group in the learning process by providing relevant content that can be consumed live, in person! During the course of 1.5 days, your team will go from Front Office Employees to Front Office ROCKSTARS! We will provide real solutions and strategies that real Dentists and teams need to grow a practice in today’s saturated market. This is a hands on course designed for doctors and their team members to maximize their team skills and transform the way your front office operates. We will focus on every aspect of the front desk that causes offices the most stress and the biggest headaches. The attendees will leave with new skills that they can use the very next day in the office to ensure patients appoint, show up, pay and offer top-notch customer service. In the training we will walk through the entire process of how a patient flows through the office, from the first phone call to the final review when they leave. DAY 19:00am - 10:45 am: It Takes A Team Discussion of the importance of every member of the team in the dental office with a focus on the bigger goal of patient care. Having a group of people work in one place is not a team, having everyone work toward one goal is necessary to build a high performing team. Breakdown of each position in the office and their importance to the ultimate goal of caring for your patients and growing the practice. 11:15am - 12:30pm: Understanding Your Doctor’s and Your Team’s Why Working in a dental office can be stressful and hard, no matter what position you are in. So why do we do it day in and day out. It is important to not only to understand what drives you and everyone on your team each day but to share that with one another. When building a team that rocks, is is vital to have a team that not only is driven toward the same goal but can rely on one another to help achieve that goal. 1:30pm - 3:00pm: Goal Setting and Aligning Your Team Most offices set goals but many rarely achieve them. Why is that? Having your team aligned is only half the battle. The next thing you need to do is to set goals that are SMARTER so that you can actually achieve them. Once you are clear on your Why, you and your team need to look at your systems and processes to make sure they align with your purpose. This working session will be the starting point of your team designing plans that you will take back to the office and begin to reach those goals you have set for yourself. 3:30pm - 4:45pm : Making It Easy To Work With Your Practice Customer service can only “wow” a patient so much. At some point, if it becomes too hard to work with your practice, they are not going to stick around, even if they love you. That is whey we need to integrate solutions and technology into the practice. Every sponsor at our event was handpicked by Laura and Front Office Rocks team and during this session, they will have an open dialogue conversation with Laura as to why they rock. Laura will discuss with them their services make a difference in the dental practice with real life application ideas of how to utilize effectively in your office to not only make your team more efficient but also to grow your practice. 4:45pm - 5:00pm: Daily Wrap Up and Team Evening Homework Assignment Day 2 9:00am - 10:45 am: Overcoming Hurdles and Change Management Change can be hard. Growth can be a lot of work. In order to move your team to the next level, addressing these things appropriately matters. There are certain barriers to overcome. Cultural things to address. Communication breakdowns that need fixing. No team will always be perfect, just like many days will not run smoothly. Therefore, it is important to discuss how to address these issues and move forward. 11:15am - 11:45am: Team Building Now the hard stuff has been addressed, it is time to have some fun. This discussion will outline ways to improve the culture, enhance the team and build in ways to grow stronger. Get ready to laugh, learn, have fun and go home on a high note with your team after this day and half of the team building retreat. 11:45am - 12:00pm: Sponsor Giveaways Throughout the time at the event with Front Office Rocks, you have had an opportunity to meet with and learn more about each of the sponsors. An additional reward, besides learning and growth is the opportunity to win some awesome prizes. 12:15pm - 2:00pm: VIP Lunch and Round table This session is for VIP only. You will be able to enjoy lunch in a smaller group atmosphere, sharing the biggest takeaways and learnings from this event but also to discuss any outstanding issues or questions your team has. This final session will allow you to dig a bit deeper into issues with Laura, her team and any of the sponsors to make sure you go home with any unanswered questions resolved.
