We are seeking a Demolition Laborer to help work and manage manual labor jobs. These jobs may include cleaning and preparing a job site, loading and delivering materials, and using a variety of tools and machines. Laborers set up and take down work-site equipment and structures. They help carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors. Essential duties and responsibilities: Cleaning and preparation Heavy lifting/Physical Strength Hand-eye coordination Endurance Concentration Positive Attitude Previous experience is a plus Responsibilities: Mobilize crew, tools, and equipment to job sites Direct crew per job scope and safety specifications Complete job site progress reports and safety meetings Applicants MUST have: Construction experience Basic blueprint reading experience Valid Driver's License and experience driving trucks with trailers Experience with basic hand tools and power tools Concrete cutting and/or equipment experience is a plus Compensation- $15 -$20 hourly DOE About Coastal Mountain Home Buyers We are a small, but efficient real estate investment company.
