Need Someone to Complete Outdoor Christmas Light Project ASAP!

Need an individual and/or a team to complete a lighting project at my house in Elm Grove. Basically, I need a finish the lighting on the middle and top of a large tree. See pictures below. IMPORTANT NOTE: This will involve the use of very high ladders and the individual(s) will need to use proper equipment and observe proper safety requirements at all times. I do not have very high ladders nor a cherry picker.
