Looking to onboard 10-15 contractors/handyman individuals. Individuals provide liability insurance coverage and reliable transportation. Individuals provide basic hand and power tools. All materials supplied and delivered. Rehab projects range between $5k-$20k per job. All on-boarding done on Vendor Cafe. Lots of volume available. Over 200 rehab projects in backlog currently with new properties being acquired weekly. Looking for self-motivated individuals who have 1- 2 helpers and can operate on a fast paced schedule. All payments based on 50% - 100% payments schedule and pay every net 15 days. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals just getting started and with little experience and skill. Will provide training and business insights to anyone trying to build their business.
