Established Alt-Country band looking for a lead guitarist

Howdy, we are an established RVA based Alt-Country, Southern Rock, Classic Country band looking for a lead guitarist. We perform locally 2-3 times a month and tour regionally 4-5 times a year. The band has a dedicated rehearsal spot centrally located in Richmond VA that we rehearse at weekly. Our current ensemble includes acoustic guitar, electric guitar, mandolin, fiddle, harmonica, bass guitar/upright bass and drums.
