We are rehoming our cockatiel because we do not have the time for him, we feel terrible but he deserves the attention and time. He is not handtamed, but he is hand fed. He sings and chirps and tries to say something but we haven’t quite figured out what he’s trying to say! He comes with the cage and everything inside along with the food.
