I am looking for a cheap but safe place to host my band's rehearsals. The instruments that would be used during rehearsals would be electric guitar, electric bass, drums (non-electronic), and singing (P.A. speakers). We are clean and working-class individuals looking to rehearse for an upcoming time in the studio and eventual gigs around DFW.
