Are you interested in working with commercial vehicles? Do you have experience working on them and want to learn more via hands on experience? We are looking for a reliable assistant/inspector in training to assist us in our fast paced safety lane. You will learn all about DOT compliance/appendix G of the Illinois code and special vehicle rules. This is a great way to break into the maintenance side of commercial trucking. The inspector will train you to know all you need to know to become licensed yourself. The process can be done rather quickly. You will assist the inspector in keeping the shop clean, machine preventative maintenance, and various other duties like oil changes all while learning to become certified.
