Leaf removal/pickup from small yard in Severn

I am looking for quotes to remove the leaves from this small backyard, about 1/8 of an acre of area. In the future, if the price is right, I might want this done 4 times a year. For now, I just need what's pictured to be cleaned up. With the size of the lawn listed, and a photo of the leaves, you should have enough information to give me a final quote. I am looking to hire someone to come do it at a prearranged price. Please reply via email with your price, how soon you will do it, and what method you will be using (raking vs vacuum).
