Experienced Janitorial/Facility Cleaners (Arvada, Lakewood, Littleton and Park Meadows,) The right person that has potential to run this operation can earn SWEAT EQUITY in this company. 17.00 POR HORA. Must speak English DEBE TENER UN OJO PARA LA LIMPIEZA Y DEBE TENER EXPERIENCIA EN INSTALACIONES y debe tener transporte propio. Mostly night and weekend work. Must be willing to Travel locations Duties will include but are not limited to: Cleaning bathrooms and sanitizing areas Refilling paper supplies Cleaning elevator Replacing trash liners and cleaning out ash trays Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming Cleaning some interior glass Other special cleaning assignments Use of floor scrubber machine Job is part time to full time depending on properties assigned Must have good communication skills Reliable transportation is required as you will be traveling to multiple properties Smart phone is required for time keeping and photo sending Must be able to pass a background check Moderate English speaking skills MUST BE DEPENDABLE Thank You !
