JOB DESCRIPTION As a cleaning team member at Caila's Cleaning Crew, you will... **Be responsible for all basic cleaning tasks in private residences, offices, churches, and other commercial buildings according to client and company specifications. **Clean floors, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, moving light pieces of furniture, and picking small objects off the floor. **Clean restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping floors, scrubbing showers and tubs, and cleaning toilets and urinals. **Empty trash, replace liners, and take trash to the appropriate receptacle. **Clean kitchens, including wiping counters and backsplashes, cleaning inside and outside of appliances, moving small kitchen appliances/canisters/etc., scrubbing sinks and stovetops, cleaning cabinet fronts, and sweeping and mopping floors. **Clean living areas, including dusting, moving small objects and light pieces of furniture, straightening linens, changing sheets, cleaning glass doors and inside of windows, and vacuuming and mopping. **Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies as needed. Restocks own supplies from company storeroom. **Communicate promptly and effectively about changes on the job, client requests, etc. **Report damage and needed repairs promptly. REQUIREMENTS **Education: highschool diploma or GED (required) **Transportation: insured, reliable car and valid driver’s license (required) **Work Authorizations: United States (required) **Ability to follow verbal and written directions **Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team **Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties **Excellent time management skills **Attention to detail **Organized and able to follow a schedule **Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk for 8-hour shifts, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25-30 pounds **General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning COME JOIN THE TEAM!
