Currently looking for candidates to work Grounds Landscaping at apartment complexes and other properties. Open positions available in the Sarasota and Venice areas. Temp for now, not sure how long. Day-to-day duties include: Clean up of all exterior grounds of the complex (including debris, trash, breezeways, and parking areas), pressure washing, painting, landscaping and light maintenance. $17-$20/hour. These positions are being offered through our staffing agency and you will be paid once per week, taxes deducted. Requirements: • Must have reliable transportation • Must be able to pass a local background check • Must be able to work outside in the heat
